Trapezoid Imaging is an imaging mode for expanding the field of view of ultrasound images, offering an improved overview and more diagnostic information in one image.

Clinical benefits:

• Improved visualization of superficial structures such as mammary gland or thyroid gland
• Improved visualization of the course of superficial blood vessels
• Facilitates examinations conducted through an intercostal space or the anterior fontanel with a narrow ultrasound window
• Minimized blind areas in biopsy procedures
