The entire Vantage product line comprises the same magnet. This means that all systems share the same excellent homogeneity enabling you to generate images with outstanding quality. For the reduction of acquisition time, all systems have sequences that features Toshiba's SPEEDER paralel imaging technique creating SPEEDER factors of up to 16x, dependent on channel and coil configuration.
Vantage Titan
The Vantage Titan is a very compact 1.5 Tesla MRI system that combines an ultra short bore of only 149 cm with a spacious bore diameter of 71 cm, without any compromises to the scan FOV. Through this very wide diameter of the bore, one can scan obese patients, but maybe more important it dramaticallly reduces the claustrophobic feelings commonly experienced by patients that need to be examined in a MRI scanner.
Vantage Atlas
The Vantage Atlas uses the same very compact 1.5 Tesla magnet with the identical ultra short bore of only 149 cm, but a spacious bore aperture of 65.5 cm. As common MR examinations are organ specific, coils used to be developed for dedicated examinations. Therefore coil exchange prior to each new examination is common practice, but reduces the efficiency in workflow. Toshiba addressed this issue through the development of the Atlas coil concept and introduced it on this scanner.
Vantage
The Vantage system uses the same very compact 1.5 Tesla magnet with the identical ultra short bore of only 149 cm and bore aperture of 65.5 cm. It comes with a 4 or 8 channel receiver system and therefore a wide range of organ specific coils is available for this system. The Vantage system comes with 3 performance levels for the gradient coils and therefore can be a very cost effective solution.
